This fly resembles Phaonia trimaculata, the eyes are, however, bare. The second photo shows very similar one,
even the r-m and m-m are a bit infuscated, the eyes are
bare, too.
Give me a shine on this problem. Thank to all.

Very sorry: the photos were taken in the vicinty of Hradec Kralove, Eastern Bohemia, CZ, 18th and 19th of July.

The top one looks like Potamia litoralis. The bottom one is another fly, probably a Phaonia.
