Found 12-12-2010, in low garden vegetation, 100 meters from river Rhine, Netherlands. What kind of Sphaeroceridae is this?

A Telomerina! Must be one of the two: T. flavipes or T. pseudoleucoptera Thank you Paul and Lukasz!

Dick sent me some specimens of this species. Turned out to belong to Eulimosina ochripes (formerly treated as Spelobia (Eulimosina) ochripes). In Telomerina the eye size is reduced, which is not the case in these specimens.
