It is indeed Blondeliini and from what we can see, it keys out to either Oswaldia or Belida.
It doesn't look like Oswaldia and the bristles on facial ridge do not seem to climb up. So Belida would be an option. However, the costal spine is not very convincing, though this might be due to either the specimen or the picture.

Thank you Theo, for the confirmation of Blondeliini and the explanations about Oswaldia/Belida.

The last possibility to confirm Belida is attached (same location and date).

The lateral scutellar bristle is small (so it seems), so it really can't be Oswaldia.

Without having a confirmative ID, Belida seems to be the only option left.

Still can't see the costal spine and still can't see the setulae on vein R (but that is asking a lot !)
