Hello
Collected 27 08 10, size 11 mm.
Three post dc and the presence of a tooth on the sternite 4 (male), I find Phorocera assimilis.

You took the wrong turn at point 1 inthe key: it is an Ernestia.
I'd need the specimen to say more (genitalia work)
