Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Stratiomyidae? w/spiky scutellum

Hi, i didn't see such spikes on scutellum before, but it seems Stratiomyidae is the family. Can it be ID'ed further?
location: Outside Oslo, Norway
time: Mid June
