This is asking too much.
I'd need the fly.

It might be Platymyia fimbriata, check whether the inner margin of the calyptra is black (look closely!)

Only on the lower calypter, on the edge a white very very thin strip after presence of a darker, wider and more irregular strip in its width.
Is it?
