Hello guys, I would like to ask about the fly on the next two photo. Caught it yesterday in the stairway of our house in Hungary. I really do not know the family too.

Tephrochlamys sp. I'm not sure about the species name ! (T. tarsalis/T.flafiveps). Lateral shot would be helpfully !
