2mm, Clitheroe UK, 28 April 2010.
I had filed this under Hybotidae, but can't match it in the Gallery.
Crossopalpus, maybe?

Probably
Chersodromia. Close to the coast?

No, well inland. Public garden with trees and shrubs, plenty of damp corners.

Might be
Crossopalpus, but with the view of the wings it is difficult to be entirely certain. If it IS
Crossopalpus, then it keys out as
minimus in Collin's key but there might be changes there.
