Am i right ? and if so, is it possible to go further ? despite i didn't catch it ... and i do not have other pictures of it ... :|

yes, it is a Thecophora. Not possible to say which species. You are lucky. In 2010 I did not see any Thecophora nor Zodion!

I had a look at the gallery ... and i'm not sure to make the difference between Zodion and Thecophora ! To me it seems that it's always Thecophora !! ;)

nevertheless, my fiew pictures of Thecophora were always Id on DI so ... i think i've really never seen a Zodion !!

Well, look at http://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=14699&pid=67485

You notice that Theocphora is blackish, while Zodion is greyish. Zodion is a little bit bigger, and the mouthparts are different, since the mouthpart is "bent' only once, Thecophora twice.
But, be careful, in France you may also see Myopa occulta, which, if you are not looking carefully, may look like a Thecophora as well.
