I suppose it's Sciaridae. Does someone know the genus of this fly? Around 3 mm, the Netherlands. In the kitchen.

I think it's Mycetophilidae, look at the wing venation of Rymosia.

Hmmm, A1 is not that strong and not extending beyond furcation of CuA. What you see in Nielsyese images is Cup not A1. Also Mediotergite seems to be bare. Unfortunately, I cannot see whether costa ending at apex or well beyond apex of R5. I would vote for Exechia sp. (female) or close relative.

Yes, looks like Exechia sp. (Mycetophilidae).
