This fly was on the outside of a window, 4th november 2010, Can Grau, Beuda, Girona province, Catalonia (UTM 31T DG7477, 395 m.). Is possible to know the genera or family?

Hmmm, I see no costal break (but I'm not entirely sure). By heart I would say that Pallopteridae have a costal break. If no costal break is present I would go for Lauxaniidae. Perhaps
Minettia inusta?

Actually, Jan Willem, I was thinking about Minettia inusta, but I do not have any literature here. I wanted to check it at home.

Thanks a lot, Ruud, Kahis and Jan! It looks very similar to the pictures of Minettia inusta in our gallery, although the "costal cell" (i don't know the taxonomic name) looks a bit wider in my picture.
