Tachinidae - looks very interesting, like Opesia but I am not sure - do you have more photos? :)

Hmm, with hairy eyes I don't think that it can be Opesia - but it is very interesting still :) I have changed the title to attract other tachinid people :)

It is a Carcelia or similar genus

the eyes are hairy and the second pic shows an Sturmia-comb on tibia 3.

Now you mention it, it does look very Winthemiini-like ... it's a lovely fly anyway ... wish I had seen a few of those :)
