Too much black for Gymnosoma, I think.

Cistogaster seems to have shorter antenna?

You may be right. So let's wait for the experts...

I'd go with female Gymnosoma :) But not sure which species. brigitteu was correct - Cistogaster have smaller antennae ;)

It looks indeed like a Cistogaster but it is a Gymnosoma.
Female Cistogaster are completely black and males much more orange.

Actually, we can identify this Gymnosoma, sometimes you just get lucky ! The frons shows an excellent 'nudifrons' black parafrontal, so this must be Gymnosoma costatum !

Excellent work, guys (male/female)

Just for the record how did you split nudifrons from costatum in this case? Just from the degree of blackness on the abdomen?

The degree of blackness indeed and its size, costatum is really tiny.
I know, not much of a scientific argument, but it works here. Nudifrons is pretty big for a Gymnosoma.
