Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Mycetophila fungorum?

Hello,

14th October on my window, near Lincoln UK. I think size was 6-7mm

Also two pics from 16th October which looks the same, on a leaf overhanging water.

Can the species be confirmed?

If not M. fungorum for certain, this is a Mycetophila sp.?

As mentioned earlier here: the silbling species can only be distinguished by investigating the male genitalia. I would call yours: M. cf. fungorum (female).
