are they Phoridae ? and if so is it possible to go further ?

They are Phoridae, and I think they are going all the way ;)

in fact, the male was trying to escape ... but they were really stick together ... as dogs do !! :)
any chance to got an genus name ? or it is helpless from this picture or from Phoridae flies ?
