Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Bibio sp. (Bibionidae) male and female

Hello folks! 2 weeks ago I shot these photos in Hungary. Could they be Bibio... perhaps clavipes?

It is consistent with clavipes-subgroup and given time of year it can hardly be anything else.
Pity we can't see the pterostigma... so to me it is either clavipes or lepidus.
