Hello,
is it possible, to identify this fly.? The photo was taken on 15th oktober 2010 in my house. Location Germany, North-Bavaria, Rhön. Wing-size 20 mm.

I give Tipula obsoleta a good chance (normally the wings are closed.

many thanks for your answer. You have right, normally the wings are closed. I still have two pictures with closed wings. :)
