Dear Miroslav,
It could be either a teneral Tephritis bardanae (yellow body is not characteristical for that genus at all) or a teneral Xyphosia miliaria female (fresh wing pattern remains gray until full sclerotization). If you could tell, what host plant flower head it is from (Cirsium or Arctium), it could ensure this ID. My primary guess is Xyphosia, but with reservations.
Do you have any pictures of mature fly?
Ahoj,
Valery

Then a teneral (and therefore yellow, -- yellow tomentose thorax as usually)
Tephritis bardanae Schrank, for the wing pattern shape is typical for it.

Many thanks Valery. At home I found one next photo, may be not the same specimen but from the same flower.
