I hope somebody can determine it to family and to genus at least. Body size 1,6 mm, togethre with wings about 2 mm.

This has a look of Periscelididae - might be worth checking (maybe ask Wayne?)

Many thanks, Tony. First I placed this photo as Periscelididae, but nobody answered and I replaced title for Drosophilidae. Now I'll do vise versa.
