Maybe possible next time just place the photo...;)
For Fucellia species a sharp view on the acrostichals is needed and the chaetotaxy of the legs.
On your photo the hindtibia is missing, so i can't see if it is a male or female (both have broad vitta)
With only this photo....Fucellia sp.

Male of Fucellia have all a ventral tubercle at end (near coxa) ...the shape of this tubercle is different in each species.
Also the color of the tibia in combination, with the present or absence of little hairs between the acrostichals, the wide of gena and parafacial and if there is a ad on midtibia present or not....... are all important.
Short:
legs dark+no hairs between the acrostichals and midtibia with av setae....F.fucorum
Tibia yellowish + hairs between the acrostichals (sometimes only 1 or 2) and no av on midtibia....F. tergina / maritima
