Is it possible to determine the name of the Sciomyzidae (Elgiva???) on this pictures? Pictures taken in the Netherlands on 10-10.

Is it possible to get the id confirmed, until now it is a (good) guess? Unfortunately i am unable to obtain a Sciomyzidae key, I collected the specimen so i am able to look at the diagnosting characteristics.
