No, not
Gymnosoma - it looks more like
Ectophasia to me (no petiole on the median vein and a spot on the wing) but it doesn't look typical for any of the species I am familiar with so it might be something specific to your region. Perhaps Theo has seen one like this :)

It certainly is Ectophasia, but it is extremely yellow coloured.
DId you collect it ?
