Built is reminiscent of the yellowish
Minettia but this should be a
Sapromyza.

Thanks Paul.
Are Sapromyza not do-able?

They are very well do-able, but you need more details in the photo's.

Thanks Ruud, I can crop closer any parts which need to be seen, but I only have these two photos.
It was in an awkward position and I scared it off trying to get a better angle!

You know, my first idea, when i looked at the photo's, was L. sordida, which has 6ac, but I haven't seen so many speciments of this species.
I would like to see a clear, more lateral photo in order to look closer to the position of the antenna.
I also would like to know whether there are spots on any tergit. I don't think so, but just in order to be more sure.

I don't think it has spots on the tergites.
All I can do is post a crop of the one I have,
