This small fly was photographed on a nettle near a pond. Can anyone identify it for me?

It looks like a Calliopum sp. of family Lauxaniidae (but I am no expert).

Thanks Tristram :) I checked it out in the gallery and those flies definitely look like mine (though the photos are much better).
