Probably not that strange, but I have only seen two like this.
I know I have seen a similar one in gallery once, but I can't find it again.

Maybe Hilara? I considered Iteaphila also but wing is a bit different and the antennae also.

Not collected, I tried both times I saw them, but they were extremely nervous.

I see that FE does not list any Roederiodes for Norway, unfortunate that I did not catch any,
it would be nice if it was Roederiodes then :)

I will search the same spot next year, a dry slope speckeled with burrows of solitary wasps and bees.
Probably a coincidence (?)

Definitely a Hilara, this one. Will try to see if I can put a species name on it tomorrow.
