Hello!
The
Philygria picta (1.2 mm) should be clear. Is the other one (1.8 mm) also Ephydridae or something other (Chloropidae?)? At housewall, northwest Germany.

The
Philygria picta is OK, but I think the first picture is Chloropidae (can't think of any ephydrids with such a straight, stiff arista).
