It certainly looks like a muscid, but no idea what genus! :)

Tony, I agree that it looks very Muscid-ish. But:
1. I hope I more or less know Oriental Muscid, but not this one.
2. Subangular bend of M vein present (in non metallic-shining species) in Musca only. It is not.
3. t3 with 2 strong pd.
So, I'd suppose it is some Calliphoridae
