Well, it's a sarcophagid ... Sarcophaga (in the broad sense) but I wouldn't go much further than that because they are usually male-genitalia jobs ... Thomas might have a better idea though :)

Looks like Sarcophaga sensu stricto, but can't say more than that. It's a notoriously difficult group to identify from photos, because the essential (genitalia) characters are not visible.
