NO, it doesn't. Head profile is very different in Thelaira
It is a Dexiini, most likely Dinera ferina, but I can't be sure.

On the second look I allso see that all Thelaira nigripes in galery has calypters colored yellow-orange. My image not. So, you are most likely right.

All Thelaira spp. are characterized by having very large eyes (the Dinera/Dexia/Billaea/Estheria etc tend to have small eyes with a big gena) :)
