Maybe a Linnaemya?

Not Linnaemya ... I have a feeling that it is a Peleteria sp. but I cannot see the face well enough to be sure ... the proportions of head against the rest of the body look right for Peleteria. :)

Yeah, going to genus isn't really a problem but further is hard in Spain. This is clearly not Nowickia (not black enough) and it isn't Linnaemya (eyes do not look hairy and the basicosta is dark) so it leaves Tachina or Peleteria and they can be hard from a single dorsal shot. If we had a face shot and could see Peleteria bristles then it would be clear. But from what we can see Peleteria abdomens are often redder than Tachina ... and the head on Peleteria often looks bigger in proportion to the body than it does on a Tachina :) But this is all just educated guesswork ;)
