Is it possible to determine family/species of this little fly?
It was found in May around a lake, outside of Oslo, Norway.

It looks like a female
Lonchaea sylvatica the only relatively common species of Lonchaea in the Palearctic to have all black tarsi and a dark squammal fringe. Top photo is excellent - do you mind if I use a copy on my Lonchaeidae web site?? ........ Iain
