Hello,
The plant is Prosopis farcta from SE Turkey. Can these productions be galls of Diptera? Unfortunately, we have not them, but only these photos taken last week.

I have never seen anything like this. A simple section throughout the gall could show if it contains gall wasps (pale yellow), gall midges (orange) or weevils (C-like) in it.
