uups, a Syrphidae with black dots instead of black lines ?
or what is it?
found today on bushes at Ruppersdorf Lake, N. Germany.

Sorry, I spelt my name wrong by hitting the 'r' instead of the 't'. :S
I would agree with
Rhagio tringarius but bear in mind I'm not familiar with what you may have in Germany, and I'm only a budding enthusiast! ;)
