It seems Hybotidae to me, but...

It is a male Hybos. I think it is H. grossipes, but I am not 100% sure. I cannot see the end of the abdomen well. Also I can't see the bristles on the scutellum well. So, a small chance it is culiciformis, but I think rather the first species
