Maybe it could be an Hystricia sp. - at least something near this genus (Polideini tribe)

Again, it's impossible to be sure from a photo - there are a lot of possibilities ... but I have a Macromya here that looks similar. One problem I had at first was to realize that there are a lot of flies out there that look classically Tachiniini but are actually in other, unrelated tribes. You really have to key them out and double-check features like hairs on the hind coxae to be sure. :)

Nice photos though ... but specimens would have been better ;)
