Strange ... it looks like Peleteria but, unless it is a trick of the light, I can't see the Peleteria-bristles ... maybe a small Tachina?

bewteen the mouth and antennae it should have 2-3 bristles to be a Peleteria.
Check here mine photo of Peleteria. It is clear the two strong bristes between antennae and mouth..
