ID is needed for the specimens taken on 12 August from upper Mesopotamia.

Wow - I would say that it is a tachinid but I have never seen anything like it ... maybe somewhere near Rondania?

From picture I'd say the related Pandelleia.

Very interesting.

Did you collect it ?
Might be a spec. nov.
