This male Phasia was about 4-5 mm. I think it could be P. obesa but se forward to confirmation.

I'd say it looks like
Phasia obesa to me but let's wait for someone to confirm it. A male
P.aurulans would have a golden mark on the thorax and it has too much dusting for
P.pussilla/
barbifrons :)

It's very similarto the P obesa that I saw in my garden yesterday.

This is a male ! The wings are darkened, though little.
So it is obesa.
