Hello!
At first I thought of a male
Coenosia (
tigrina or
humilis) but the thorax pattern looks more like Anthomyiidae. About 6 mm, on
Heracleum near forest (northwest Germany).

This is a male
Helina, another genus with spotted abdomen.
