Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Anthomyiidae or Muscidae? (August-03, 2010) --> Helina sp.

Hello!

At first I thought of a male Coenosia (tigrina or humilis) but the thorax pattern looks more like Anthomyiidae. About 6 mm, on Heracleum near forest (northwest Germany).

This is a male Helina, another genus with spotted abdomen.
