This fly was round 9-10 mm. Could it be brassicaria?

Neither can I.
I just can't see if basal scutellar bristles are present.
Maybe you can see them on the original.
In that case, given locality, it would be brassicaria subgroup
(either brassicaria or brevicornis)

Thanks for your help Theo.
There are baxsal scutellar bristles at a higher magnification so in Sweden then brassicaria.
