More angles please - one photo is seldom enough with tachinids ;)

It is certainly a Nowickia but not sure which species :)

The palpus is yellow, if I'm not mistaken, so should be N. ferox

Doesn't look like a Nowickia at all, it is a Tachina. The tibiae were reddish, indeed, but it was difficult to see. We have been fooled.

It is a male Tachina magnicornis

Or our eyes,

we could have noticed the red on the hind tibia.
