It's Stomorhina lunata (Calliphoridae). The larvae are parasites in grasshoppers.
Hans Huijbregts collects the Dutch records of this species, which is a southern migrant in the Netherlands. He might appreciate it if you get in touch with him.

hi Menno,

Thank you for quick responding.

I've never thought of CAlliphoridae.

I was first thinking of Syrphidae(>not) and Tabanidae (eyes) (>not) or even Ephydridae(mouth)(>not) of Muscidae (Lispe?)(>not).
It's a bit of mixed composed fly..

A better look on the wing could have told me I think?
I took a lot of pictures and will see if it got a typical Calliphoridae-vein..

I'll contact Hans Huijbregts about it.

greeting Robert

Hereby a more dorsal picture where you see the wing better.
(The wings looks a bit like the wing of Pollenia sp.)

And it's he she, it's a female

Does anybody has found lunata in recent years in The Netherlands ? It was not rare in the beginning of the 1990's, but then it seems to have disappeared from The Netherlands.
