Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Very small fly (July-27, 2010) --> Chloropidae (or Carnidae?)

...no, not the Musca autumnalis male...;) I guess, which family could be the tiny one to the left (noticed it only at home on the photo). On Heracleum, near forest, northwest Germany.

Ah, yes, the weather: We are having a true down ppoor here in San Jose, Costa Rica atm: I guess some 5+ cm so far... Oh, yes, and some thunderstorm mixed in with it. I did not care to test my new umbrella yet...
