What would help
* frontal shot of head
* dorsal of thorax
* shot with haltere visible.

But I have little doubt this is nobilitata

Pity we can't see the haltere, but the shape of the frontal spot and only 1 pair of DC confirms nobilitata.

Unless there is weird stuff around in Loire Atlantique...
