Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Is this a Lauxaniidae please?

Possibly Cnemacantha muscaria but that is based on gallery photos? They aren't very good photos but it was quite tiny
~3mm long SE England 29/07/2010, but any help gratefully received.

Based on the first image the I'd then say another Desmometopa.
