I'm torn between thinking that it is a female Sarcophaga or a Dinera/Billaea etc. Sorry, but I'd need a specimen to be sure :)

I would place this in Dexiinae (a tachinid).

Yeah, the red eyes put me off but the head and body shape point more to Dexiinae ... would still be nice to see it mounted on a pin though :D
