What kind of female Thereva sp.(?) is this?
The black spots(by female) are characteristic for this kind of Thereva sp.?

Yes, and only 1 DC bristle and yellow halteres...
I agree.
98 % of Thereva in The Netherlands is nobilitata.
But for instance golden yellow ones in second half of August from the eastern provinces might prove handlirschi (2 DC!)
