Today I went to Serra da Estrela and found this 6-7 mm miltogramminidae in Nave de St- António.

Details of cell R4+5 and propleuron are not fully clear, but with a closed cell R4+5 this should be a species of Taxigramma. In my opinion it fits best with T. hilarella. Strangely, it looks like there are setae on the propleuron, which is a feature of Metopodia grisea.
