Hello everyone - can anyone help me identify this striking fly I photographed today on umbellifers here in Wolverhampton, UK?

Just a thought: could it be
Graphomya maculata?

It seems to be
G. maculata.
Graphomya minor is very similar but has an aditionnal ad bristle on mid tibia, and it is less frequent.
