Is it possible to ID this mosquito (5 mm) I found in the hedge surrounding my garden, Kapellen, Belgium? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Roger and Paul! I was wondering where the mosquito-like mouthparts (stylet) were, but now I know it isn't a mosquito. Any chance for ID to species level? Which charachteristics are needed to identify the species?

PS: The only Sciapus species I can find on Waarnemingen.be (Belgian website for collecting nature observations) is S. platypterus... Is it this species or can it be excluded?
